However, we are not responsible for your sales conversion rates or performance after delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate business details for campaign setup.

- Respond promptly to leads and updates.

- Not misuse or resell any leads provided.

No content may be copied, modified, or redistributed without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

SystemizedLeadz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or opportunity, resulting from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
